i love how only lvl 55 looks like the lvl 20 model wvenever i see a lvl 50 with rex now i have to laugh 10/10

I think they did it because that was model meant for max lvl and lvl 20 was at one point max.

Indeed, seeing level 50 dinos having the ''lv14 models'' is kinda fun but a lil annoying, should be full grown once they hit 40-45 level to be fair.
