Click "Get Help" > "I need help with my game account" > "I am unable to login to my account" > Click "Splitscreen Games account" if you play using Splitscreen account or Click "Others" if you play using Kongregate or Facebook > "Submit a new ticket for Dino Storm (login required)".
Fill in your details and make sure that you have the proof of ownership of your account such as Date of Registration, Last date of purchased coins, Last amount of gold coins purchased, Name of all the avatars associated with your account, Old Email ID and User ID.
