As I have tested, this have allowed me to access a random link I have made up, which Google Chrome identified as "non-secure". Beside non-secured links, that are also secured links that contain adult material, such as gore (Bloody content) and pornography (I haven't tested it).
There must be some sort of restrictions about what sites you can access through game, any non-secure websites should be blocked, along side a list of secure but commonly known websites with adult material.
