Let players buy max level clothing and skins regardless of their own level

Title. Since you only get attribute boosts based on your level, it won't matter if a level 45 walks around with a level 55 skin from flash sales. It might even incentivize lower level players who would otherwise think not to buy it because the attribute boost is insufficient at lower levels

I would like to add, I mean add the option to ALSO buy at level 55. Like how you have an option to buy dino with stones for around your level but gc for higher level. This means that players can still buy skins at the cheaper price

I dont think they will ever do anything but ignore this kind of suggestion because it kinda doesnt really make sense anyway.
