Lag on Servers

Hello everyone,

We created this topic with the union of all America_3 players to report something that has been happening in DS when there is a large concentration of players on a single map, especially at times when the War between Clans takes place.

It is useless to say that the culprit is your PC that cannot support, as many players have PCs with good configurations and still report having this problem.

What is going on:
Below we list what is happening when you have this lag on the server.
- Delay in chat and use of skills
- Slow loading
-It is not being possible to supply the camps in 100%

This is not only happening in America_3, there are reports of players from other servers who also go through this.

We hope that you developers will answer us in some way and help us solve this common problem for all players on the platform

Hello ,

Have you tried restarting your router and modem?
Turn off the Modem and Router (Unplug both of them from power supply), then turn on only Modem and wait for its lights to settle down, then plug in the Router. Also, try doing a speedtest at speedtest.net to see if your connection is stable. How much ping, jitter and download, upload speed are you getting?

I read this theme and copy and paste it, because it is actually the same thing that happens in America_1, whenever there are many players in the same place or map it collapses and they start to see delays. And it is not our internet I can confirm it.

It could be that the bug has reappeared. It was fixed in https://forum.dinostorm.com/viewtopic.php?f=256&t=21473&hilit=lag.
Maybe you guys can send in a ticket to let the support team know about it directly, that will help them in getting to the problem.

We already knew that, it is a bit old. But there was also no fix on anything, the servers are still behind schedule. I try to communicate with support and they do not give a concrete answer to the situation.

I played also on EU_3 these days and faced these issues, dino suddenly jumping across mountains, pausing, delay in delivering chat messages and so on, even with a good internet. I hope that this gets resolved in upcoming updates.

Or.. I think it might also be possible because of the pandemic going on around the world. Most of the people are advised to work from home due to which there is sudden rise in the usage of internet, and can result in lag in online games due to latency fluctuations or heavy traffic. I am noticing severe lag during peak hours i.e, the time during/around afternoon. Not saying that this might necessarily be the cause of the lag but it is also a factor.

Hello, I am also a player of américa_3 and I fully agree with what Madada said. Totally true, it is almost impossible to play. Today even though the Easter event started, the lag is unbearable, you can't do anything, everything is late and it's not my internet or my computer they really work well. I have already submitted a ticket as well and I hope you will resolve this situation.
