Jogo fechando sozinho

Comprei um computador novinho, instalei o jogo mas antes se quer de iniciar para tela de escolher o server ele fecha sozinho, já tentei de tudo, existe alguma incompatibilidade como windows 10 pro e 11 pro? se tiver alguma solução por favor me ajude, queo muito jogar e aproveitar evento de pascoa.

Intel video cars are problematic as they do not support directx9 natively and use an translation layer from Microsoft that is not very reliable.
