I am hunting for three days to get sterilizer tincture lvl 15 and did not get even 1 please help me what should i do!

The only two things you can do are (a) keep hunting and/or (b) buy gold coins to buy the tinctures.

If Splitscreen hasn't changed the requirements, you can use my Lvl 16 - 25 required materials thread... you'll need a total of 93 tinctures (12 for each dino (excluding the T-rex) and 3 for each implant).
