Imbalance in the game

there is an imbalance in the game. you have one clan controlling a server. if you're not in that clan, you can have nothing without their permission. so you are only going to go so far in the game. if you dare to try to have a gate or a claim, you will be on the KOS list until you leave the server. forget about getting a t-rex, no one will vote for you for sheriff, and they act like they get to choose who can have one, and who cannot! i don't know who they think they are, but who gives them the right to tell me what i can or cannot have?? im not sure how to fix the problem, but any help would be great. why should only the chosen ones be allowed to play the whole game??

Get together with people who share your views and start a war to control more areas. (y) - It is what the game is about afterall. If you can't get what you want, take it. Or try :v

This is very true. Especially through the Asia_1 server. Before our newest major update, --Death Machine-- controlled all camps and claims in each map. After the update, the clan split into three clans; --Death Machine--, --Asian Fighter-- and -Brazilian Army-. Each clan controls different maps. DM takes GV, BA takes GF, while AF takes MW. This would make it extremely hard for any other clan who wishes to have at least 1 gate (meaning that all three clans would defend it/take it back).

There is a constant but slow switching of dominant clans in the game because they cannot give all their members claims and they have to take turns to win sheriff. The top members get disgusted with waiting their turn, some jump ahead of the one "chosen" and clans break up and wars start. It's how the game works. If you're patient and gather a good group of friends you can make these changes happen faster and may even be able to take over a server ... for a while.By the way, nobody votes for the sheriff. It's earned by having the most fame from claims and spawns. There aren't enough for everyone and it is a competition to get fame. That's why if you take one you are KOS unless your clan is strong and will help you fight to keep it. Nothing is just handed to you in this game, you have to earn it.

I dont want anything handed to me. i want to be able to work for it and earn it.

But you have very arrogant people telling you that you dont deserve a rex or any fame, or you cannot run for election, because their clan needs all of that. I'm sorry, but they don't have the right to tell me what i deserve. If i work hard and earn it, like hell they can tell me i can't have it.

Sure you can get a group of friends and try to take and keep just ONE gate, and you have 1 clan, now split into 3, k.o.s. and harassing you for all eternity. You don't even get a chance.

New players, like most games are talked down to, like they are stupid. Like they were any smarter when they started, lol. The game still needs work.

I know how it feels and i know you are right debi.brown . The problem is not with the game. It is with the players. The clan who control a server are extremely egotistical and absolutely think they are Gods and control the game which we all know is very wrong (including them) but still the support isn't going to come and help because this is the point of the game eventually. A clan rises, takes hold of buildings for some time and is eventually overthrown by some dedicated revolutionaries who unfortunately fall into the same selfish acts as the previous clan. The ONLY way they are going down is by careful planning and strong members which you can have with a little bit of work.

OH i forgot the most important thing lol. They have their levels, fame and dinos to boast and call you noob but remember that your greatest weapon is words. Show them that you're not a dumb noob just because you're low level because that's how i gained respect in my server.

Also when they call me 'big mouth' i remind them that it's actually a working brain lol

Eu2 has no bullies and the top clans allow lvl 20+ so if u wanna be in a good clan you just have to level up. I got kicked from one of the top clans and even attacked their gate afterwards and i am not in the KOS list (oops! did i just reveal something!)

I can completely agree with this. I disagree with the people above, ive tried many times to create a clan that goes against the big clans, either they dony take it seriously, are never online, or they dont even agree with you because most are in the big clans. Even when i was in the big ally clan for 1 and a half year, i wasnt liked or respected or even noticed, so the 3 people that dominate the server didnt like me, and they didnt "allow" me to get a rex. I wasted money and 2 years on this game. A game i loved, i now hate, because of a few players.
