I HAVE A PAYMENT PROBLEM

Yesterday afternoon, around 4:29 pm on September 18th, I made a payment with paypal and immediately after confirming it, it gave me an error and I received an email from Splitscreen Studios support. Saying: You will not be charged until Splitscreen Studios processes the order. The problem is that almost two days have already passed and still nothing has happened, also I have reported to the support of this story but still have not had an answer.
