I can even load the game

Pls help i cant load the game past 99% on preparing game data. see http://prntscr.com/cbh5ag i dont know what to do.

What is your operating system? Have you try reinstalling the game? Did you block the internet access? Did you allow firewall? Just try fixing the problems mentioned above and you might be able to access the game!

Hello Asha ,

This is a problem with everyone in game. Make sure you have done the following things :

1> Clean your pc out of any junk or virus and then clean your temporary files.

2> Install the latest java. If you are on x64 OS then install both Java x64 as well as Java x86 for better performance.

3>Try lowering the graphics settings in game.

If the above mentioned things do not help you then you need to try this :-

1> Run your game, log in to your dinosaur

2> Right click your task bar and open Task manager

3> Click Details tab and then search for javaw.exe

4>Right click javaw.exe and click set priority > High.

Note :- This will put all your CPU priority to Dinostorm hence reducing the performance on all other apps running in background. If you want to run any other apps like facebook or google chrome make sure to set the priority of javaw.exe to normal again or the other apps will horribly lag.

Ive dont all of that still doesnt fix the loading problem, and this problem ive been having for some years

Please download a cleaning app like CCleaner and Clean your cache, cookies, temporary data, registry etc with it.
After cleaning, restart your pc and router and try to connect to the game.

Been having somewhat of the same issues listed here. But I'll try the solutions given.
It's a bit weird though, Before the update the game was running well. With little to no lag at all.
