How to recover my account that i use to log in using FB account

hello,
i use to play this game back in 2014 using my main account logging in via fb but now i see this option has been deleted . right now i can't see my main acc in the split screen launcher but just see my back up one which i created just on a whim at roughly the same can any one help me so i can recover my main account again .
