How to make Dv release more gates?

We players would like to know how DV manages sites, in detail. What can be done by players to release more sites from dv to be able to drain? should we bid specific amounts in specific tiers of election?

I also looked at other servers. In Asia, the number of people participating in the elections is higher, but the number of buildings is less.

Some servers have a specific count set for DV gates to match the activity better around sites. We will look into the formula to improve the dynamic scaling through the townhall to bias it better.

the new formula is weird. We got 5 zones per map with the update from wednesday on America 3, with the data from the last election with very few people postulated. And now on saturday with 47 people (more than the last time) dino ville taken another zone leaving just 4 zones per map ._.

This is really weird and looks like the new formula doesn't work as intendeed. Could be possible to return to the old formula on the servers which got problem with the new formula?
