Quite rare, I haven't seen anyone using it, so it must be. Unless it's an event gift from doing quests for like Easter or something.

A friend of mine bought it for me. I think only about 4 people on EU 1 have it, don't know about the other servers. It is years old skin and the only way you could get it was only by buying it.
Sadly its impossible to get one now.
