How does the seldom coelo spawns work?

Lets say a "seldom appeared" message pops up, does that then mean that one seldom spawned in each map or only the map you're currently in?

if you see notification, that seldom appeared, it means that it spawned on the map you are currently in.

seldom coelo spawns every hour after being killed, for example - if it spawned in Dinoville at 3:30PM and then it got killed at 3:35PM, it will respawn after one hour so at 4:35PM
