Hi,
I have an urgent request, I have a friend on America Server 4 who can not get onto his account. His username is Guardian. (there is a period after the 'n') he plays his game on www.dinostorm.com. He has tried requesting a new password to his email. Problem is, he can not access his email account, nor can he request a new password for this email. He believes his account was hacked, is there anyone that can help us get his account back? Please let me know what we can do, he's tried sending in a ticket to support but has got nothing from it that could help him.
