Hello,
Please register a ticket with the support team and share your machine's technical details so we can help by checking your Dxdiag log:
1) Hit the Windows start button.
2) Type "dxdiag" (without the quotes) and hit Enter; a window will open. If there is a popup asking whether you want to perform a WHQL driver check, you can decide either way.
3) Click on the button "Save all information" and choose to save the dxdiag log file to your desktop.
4) Attach the dxdiag log file from your desktop.
If this is your first time contacting support, you will need to register a support account:
- Go to https://support.splitscreenstudios.com/
 
- Click on "Register" and follow the instructions
 
- Watch your email inbox for an automated email from the support system that contains a verification link; click that link in order to activate your support account
 
- Return to https://support.splitscreenstudios.com/ and log in with your support login data
 
- Click on "Get Help" and follow the instructions
