Haunted game? (bug)

Is this part of Halloween freaky update or FR I CANT SEE WHOS HUNTING IN 55 ZONE.
I relogged few times, can't figure out who's hunting them all.... Also whenever I press "P" key from keyboard, my profile doesn't open for some reason i even re logged few times included for that but keeps only showing buffering.

I didn't know I made two, oops. I think moderators can delete the former thread and well, I'm unable to choose any implants or techs even cuz I can't even open my profile :')
