halloween helper penny's quest only spawns ONE brontops for a group of people doing it... is this a glitch, or this is done on purpose for some reason? it's incredibly annoying when i'm trying to get all the quests done but i can't because its a race to kill the one brontops that spawns every 10 seconds.
