gray screen at log on

What have you done???? Now when I log in I can't see anything and it takes time to show anything more than blank grayness. I get attacked and cannot target for a few seconds after the gray clears. This is awful. Please undo whatever you did. I'm tired of getting killed and not being able to even see let alone target and fight back.

No, this is every log on and others are experiencing it too. I have not had much lag lately unless a lot is going on like a battle.

Maybe there is a common factor among those having an issue? Any recent updates that might affect it? Java? I've gotten a notice that my Java version is insecure, if it's not just me that's seen that has anyone done the update it wanted? Don't know if that's connected at all and maybe not, but I haven't allowed the update yet and have not has any issue logging in or playing.

I have this issue as well, you have to move using keyboard a little until it goes away.

Using the keyboard and clicking the screen have been tried. This stupid gray screen has lasted up to 5 minutes and sometimes won't go away at all.
