Gold purchase problem

Hi i have problem with buying gold i am from Macedonia and when i try to buy gold i type the correct information of my card and then waiting a couple of seconds and then it says:
AN ERROR OCCURED, YOUR PURCHASE WAS
CANCELLED.​

Please fix this problem ASAP!!
