Gold purchase error

So everything is good, you got the money, you wanna spend it on a game you wanna enjoy, bank accepts it but then it says "error occurred, your purchase cancelled". I creates a ticket and they couldn't solve the problem, all they did ask your bank which i did several times. Then i found out the problem. You can only buy gold coins via CREDIT CARDS. WHY? why can we not simply use debit card? Why can we not use basically pre paid cards. This game had several options for payments and you removed them for no reason. This game was on Facebook, you removed it from FB, why do you always push this game to the point where nobody asked, just listen to your community and do not let this unique game die... Anyway so I'm not gonna order a credit card for this game of course so kindly asking for another payment option.

Today is sunday so banks are closed, so tomorrow I will call the bank and ask about this situation then I will inform you about it, so others who have similar problem can learn what to do in such cases

well suprisingly, the one card ı tried before worked, it had visa already but wasnt even able to type him it was giving an error now it worked after 3D secure.
