Why do bandits and animals level 15,16,17,18 and 19 drop items level 10? And why are they dropping gems and level 15 items more rarely?

I play for hours and can not get anything to upgrade the dino or buy new items with gems, so change that immediately

from 15-19 lvls are dropping 10 lvl items only bcs that you would have what to sell and get dd, otherwise you would have to sell items which you need for upgrading.

Gems drop same, for you it looks like its dropping rarely only bcs maybe its harder for you to kill them.
