WE NEED GM ON AMEREICA 4 SERVER LIKE NOW. CLANS HAVE GOTTEN WORSE SINCE THESE UPDATES, YOU SAY GM'S ON ALL THE TIME, WHERE ARE THEY?

they are not busy ignoring your tickets, they have like 5 GMs for about... 15 servers? there so busy because of that, and the fact that there no GM on doesn't mean you don't need to report to ticket and they do something if you actually get proof of it not just typing like this in captails

LOL I have reported proof about abusive and aggressive players in the support section. They tell me just to pvp protection, when A) it cost fame B) when i have players sending death threats to kill me in real life and they don't ban the player after sending many screenshots of it happening. That tells me they don't give crap about player's safety in real life, death threats happen, we see on the news constantly.....I don't take threats of any sort easily to myself or towards other players. Some players should be banned from the game for using their T-rex to kill players at constant level for no reason, other then pure stupidity. I experience two players on a4 kill me over and over using their T-rex. Taking screenshots at the time of the attacks is impossible, each times its unexpected, and by the time I can get screenshots, the player has left the area. I rarely seen GMs on America 4, I saw one 2 days ago, and you usually know when the get on by the notification that pops up on top right of the screen. I understand this is PVP game but does have to be so agressive that I have to constantly report players that are abusive? I don't think so.

Gms are limited buddy. Can't be one on every server all the time.

They may be stretched thin but to only be seen on any server maybe once in a couple of months is inadequate to handle the problem. I am able to at least log into accounts on almost every server. If there were a few of me I'd be able to make sure every server's players knew a GM was logging on. I go months and no one sees a GM on any of the servers so where are they that they are so busy? I'll start playing on that server more often.

I have proof from my friend penny1 that the threat is real. LOL the user peter.chung is 8 and can't spell, but I don't care if its a child or an adult making life threats. It is inappropriate and it shouldn't be tolerated
