ranger level should be at least level 12
if player has dinostorm plus dino level is 7 and above
without dinostorm plus dino level should be at least level 14-15
for the gun it is same

RULES and REGULATIONS:
we do not atack players for no reason we are a peaceful clan
we do not even atak camps and claims without permission
