Game Update December 18, 2018
Between 8:30 AM and 10:30 AM UTC+1, the game servers will shut down for a new game update to be deployed.
Update Changelog
[anchor]NEW FEATURES[/anchor]
- Made preparations for this year's Xmas event!
- Invited the Traveling Trader to join the festivities in Dinoville.
[anchor]IMPROVEMENTS[/anchor]
- The maximum level that can be reached in the game has been increased to 55.
- Overall specifications for leveling and upgrade item requirements have been adjusted:
- Starting with ranger level 30, fewer upgrade items than before are required to reach subsequent equipment levels.
- Starting with ranger level 20, Gold Coin and gem prices for dinosaurs, weapons, implants and weapon tech have been lowered to accomodate the overall adjustments.
- All gear (dinosaurs, weapons, implants and weapon tech) can now be upgraded to level 55 as well. However, the necessary upgrade items can only be purchased for Gold Coins at this time. Once the new map "Maujak Mountains" arrives, said upgrade items will also become available as loot.
- Opening the dinosaur tab in the profile window now preselects the currently equipped dinosaur.
- Opening the weapon tab in the profile window now preselects the currently equipped weapon.
- The context menu for "destroying" dinosaurs can no longer be unintentionally clicked on while switching dinosaurs or teleporting.
- Positive attribute values are now prefixed with a + for improved readability next to negative attribute values.
- The visual effect indicating attackers and defenders in a site attack has been improved; its size is now adjusted according to the dinosaur it is applied to.
- Multiple stability and performance improvements in both server and client.
[anchor]BUG FIXES[/anchor]
- Fixed a bug that could cause rangers who were participating in a site attack on the defending side to not receive the "Duelist" state while still being counted as an active defender. This made it harder for the attacking side, since attackers were forced to upgrade to "Outlaw" state in order to be able to attack defenders directly.
- Fixed a bug that could cause reflected damage (through the "Reflect" status effect) to drop to zero (0%) under certain circumstances.
- Fixed a bug that caused damage from the Bleed status effect to be reflected (through the "Reflect" status effect).
- Fixed a bug that could cause the Shield Implant to shield from 100% of weapon damage under certain circumstances.
- Fixed a bug that could cause the Dino Defense Tech to absorb too much dino damage under certain circumstances.
- Fixed a bug that would prevent the detailed attribute source listing from showing up in Attribute window tooltips as soon as a clan booster was involved with that attribute.
- Fixed a bug that caused the attribute listing on the dino and weapon profile page to be limited to three entries, even when the dino or weapon in question possessed more than three attributes (e.g. Ankylosaurus, Gatling).
- Fixed a bug that caused negative attribute values to not properly appear in players' attribute listings; they were not included in tooltips and gear windows, and in the attribute window their entry appeared as though the attribute was inactive.
- Fixed a bug where enemy units that were 10 levels below a player's dino level were aggressive towards them (correct) but their names did not turn red (not correct).
- Fixed a bug that could cause attribute values to sometimes be off by one.
