frozen player bug

Hello, recently we were having a clan battle when suddenly a player froze in one place, we couldn't attack him (but in a certain range if).

The player attacked in the air and couldn't move, plus the girl reset her DS 4 times and it was still the same.

Regarding to my experience; this appear when you are having connection issues & having too much online player around you in game. If you are sure about your connection is strong enough to handle all the players in that area, the reason could be

• Your antivirus causing issue (IDK if it affects Dino Storm but antiviruses causes similar trouble on many mmorpg games)
• You are updating something in background
• Someone else hard-using your internet

Might not be related but I'd suggest you to uninstall DS and install clearly, I myself never solved any issue by doing this but some friends told me this fixed their DS related problems.
