fixing dead update

The game is no longer as fun and exciting as it used to be. The buff reduces our skills and damage, making us sleepy rather than active, and the excitement is zero. It's impossible to play tactically during battles when there are few buildings. Our terms and conditions are restricted. Another issue is that when fighting dinosaurs at close range, weapons need to fire. This way, we can at least understand that weapons are useful. We need to go back to the supply system, and weapons need to fire in close range fights.

This new system is really boring and takes too long, it would be much more fun if the buff thing disappeared and the old system came back with supplies etc.
