Fix this game to make it more profitable.

I have few great ideas to bring this game back to life again:
1. Fix fighting - no longer 11sec stuns or so make dinos and their abillities scallable make each dino have their passive skill
2. looting - make looting more predictable its taking countless ammount of hours grinding new upgrades for dino
3. missions - fix convoys because they take too much time
4. dont try to make user buy everything for golden coins thats scam paying for number of slots in inventory

Convoys do need fix mainly to not lose HP as fast they do now + one using vio to do quests should not impact amount of reward they get which is clearly visible in convoy missions as they punish you for killing too low number of bandits that usually attack convoys or for not letting them attack convoy at all before changing target to you.
