Feedback about gate system

Hello dear developers,
On less active servers (excluding eu1 and am1 servers), there are approximately three or four gates on each map (others holded by dinoville). Battles no longer occur on other servers as they used to because with only three or four gates, players has a very low drain rate, and there is no longer the same enjoyable chaos. The gate system is works good on eu1, but battles on more inactive servers dont seem very enjoyable. I think this gate system should be overhauled for other servers so solo players can also get rex by holding gates on other servers (they cant do that bc of low drain rate) atleast, dinoville shouldnt hold 8-9 gates.

the gates system is based on town hall activity. which means how many people apply for elections on a server. for example on server eu1 which has many active players to keep gates active and released by dv, people apply for town hall with 1k more fame than its required by the election itself. for ex for town election the system requires 30k fame. everybody applies with 31k to release more buildings. this has perks as well. more offices released. for a less active server where there are not enough people to defend there's no need for lots of buildings to be released so they have a "fighting chance". the system is good.
