Event NPC's changing location after first day of the event

Well as the title says itself I have genuine question why are Halloween event NPC's changing location after first day of the event duraiton? I noticed that it happens literally every year. Is it something planned or minor bug - coz it doesnt affect gameplay much (most of us manages to finish the event in one day - the rest who are not able to log in on time have to walk a lot more around the map later)?

i dont see npcs changing location unless you mean new year new location?

Im talking about event npcs not normal npcs, for example: yesterday 30 lvl halloween npc was located next to Porter, today hes literally inside Bragg

lvl 25 npc also is slightly moved more into harker gate side

i didnt say you mean normal npc i figured its reference to event npcs but honestly i didnt pay attention to most event npcs location i usually just look at it be done with event as soon as possible think of least things while you are at it.

Is it suppose to be only specific maps or just one map?

Its exclusive thingy related to green volcano

hmm yea i see now looking at different servers why is GV npcs moving but others dont?

Also america servers seems to still didnt have them shift.

I also just checked asia they didnt move like on europe server.
