DS crashing

This is the only way I can find how to post a comment in the forum so I'm posting on here. I was hoping a GM could help me with my DS. My DS is currently locked up, I can not click on anything, move anything, or even exit the game. I must tab out in order to do that. My DS had been crashing the past couple of days and it would exit me out of the game randomly. On Saturday, I was going into Dinoville, and while I was switching zones the game crashed. When I logged back in, my dino was standing there but I could not move, or click on anything. I logged back out, back in, still was stuck. My friend, Ivy, spoke with a GM named Khaly and they told her that I needed to speak with GM Faye or GM Orrire. I tried adding them but I am not sure it worked. I can not play on my DS, and haven't been able to since Saturday can someone please help??? I don't want to give up because I have worked hard the past few days to level up, and I also spent $35 on coins. I would be extremely grateful if a GM or somebody could help me.

If your game is stuck and you are not able to clsoe the game, please open task manager by right clicking the taskbar > task manager. Click Details and find "javaw.exe" in the list. Right click on javaw.exe and click end process/task/process tree (any of them will work).
For crashes, I would suggest you to first check if all of your driver (of both internal and external hardwares) are updated. If not, update all of them.. especially the graphics, video and network driver.
Once done, use CCleaner to clean your pc from temporary files and cache.

It did not sadly....I am still stuck in the same place and the game is not allowing me to move or click anything still. I'm getting very worried I won't be able to play on my account anymore.
