Would it be possible to introduce an level of equipment used in pvp mode (dino, weapons, modules, implants) adjusted to the highest level of mobs on the map? This would make the gameplay more attractive, possibly retaining new players, with a level 14 dino they would be able to fight for buildings on the Gold Fields, and at the same time they could upgrade other equipment to move higher. It seems to me that ideas on how to retain new players should be seriously considered by the development team. There is no better advertising than a friend's testimonial, and in this form it is difficult to encourage anyone to play.
