Dinostorm new launcher update please restart the client dont work

When i start dinostorm it write New Update Avaible Please restart the client for play i do it and it write the same things
I did try to remove dinostorm and download it again from dinostorm.com but it still same

Hello ,

Please make sure that :-

1> You have the latest Windows Upate.

2> Your graphics and sound drivers are up to date.

3> Scan your computer for any viruses which might block the game from downloading files or starting.

If it still doesn't works, Please try to do the following and let me know if it works :-

1> Clean Cache and Registry using CCleaner.

2> Open "Run" (Windows Key + R) , enter "%temp%" without quotes, and hit Enter.

3> Delete all files inside Temp folder which opens up.

4> Restart your PC and then Launcher.

It doesnt work
I look in the file of dinostorm i see
Dino Storm_standalone
and the launcher is from 2014

1> Uninstall DinoStorm and Clean Cache, Temporary folders.

2> Restart your PC.

3> Install the new launcher from Here.

4> Launch the client from dinostorm.com.

Hello ,

It might be possible that some files got corrupted after updating to the latest update which occured few days ago.

Please do the following, to re-verify game files, as a last resort :-

1> Go to AppData/Roaming/Splitscreen Studios/Dino Storm.

2> Delete Launcher.jar .

3> Restart Launcher, it will start downloading files, and should be able to verify that you are on the latest update.

If it still doesn't work, Please drop a ticket in the Technical Support section at Support Desk.

Please check if Avast AV is blocking your connection with Dino Storm servers.

To verify it, please try to pause protection for some time and then try launching the game again.

No it is not avast because when i'm using a VPN like CyberGhost 7 it's working , it is like dinostorm is not avaible on my network but when i'm using ptr dinostorm it work without vpn

Please try these:-

1> Remove all the VPN softwares or any drivers which affect the network.

2> Try to Restore your system to that point where you didnt had these softwares installed, if you had created a restore point at that point. If not, please skip to Step 3.

3> If no system restore point is available, please uninstall all softwares which affect your network traffic. Add DinoStorm to Firewall exception. Run CCleaner, Clean Cache, Registry, Restart your PC and try to launch the game again.

If it still doesn't work, Please submit a ticket at Support Desk.

You can not join the PTR without access. You can open the page, but not login.

It is indeed that Dino Storm is not available on your network, in some cases, this problem is just temporary.

- The available and most quick solution is that you use a temporary network provided with your Phone device, using an Internet Data source of SIM Card.

Other solution is that you contact your network provider.
