It might be good change for ppl to avoid deleting stuff by accident, but i would like to offer a little adjustment to it, namely: it should be impossible but only for items in range of 5 lvl of yours ( so if u are 55 u can delete 49lvl staff). Why? a lot of ppl don't upgrade their implants and they are just changing them using stones and if you would like to do it after this change u will have bunch of useless implants/technologies in your inventory that will impede with founding the implants/tech u actually want use
