Essentially, whenever I try to bootup the game, my game gets through the initial green loading bar, but then gets to the loading screen with the little Coelophysis running in the corner it almost immediately crashes with no error code or anything. I've looked through other threads and i don't have the problem with nvidia because I only have one gpu, so I don't really know why its crashing.

How would I fix this? I really want to revisit the game, as I used to grind on it a long time ago but I can't figure out why it won't launch.

If the problem remains, please share your machine's technical details and share it with the support team so they can help by checking your Dxdiag log. Please follow the following steps for the generation of system, data.

1) Hit the Windows start button.
2) Type "dxdiag" (without the quotes) and hit Enter; a window will open. If a popup asks whether you want to perform a WHQL driver check, you can decide either way.
3) Click on the button "Save all information" and choose to save the dxdiag log file to your desktop.
4) Reply to this email and attach the dxdiag log file from your desktop.
