In continuation with the discussion, the "Gold Skins" are timed exclusives with a higher level. The Skins purchased with gold have usually a higher level than the reward skins. Further, the skins you get for gold come as a reward a lot later in time.

Thats truth but most of the players buy skins not for the lvl or attributes/quallity but just for looks.

Furthermore your statement here suggest us 1 thing - its useless to buy skin in sales - we can wait 2/3 years and get the same/similar skin just for free.
