Dino Storm and Splitscreen review

My honest review for Dino storm is this:
1. lots of account selling-game devs not doing enough to stop this
2. 2024 but the game runs on 2012 platform
3. no actual improvements even if players are coming with ideas-game devs are not quite listening
4. GM accounts hacked or borrowed(not sure if borrowed if not, my apologies) but either way this is a serious breach in splitscreen security. Players affected(who used that GM account didnt acted quite right and you all know the outcome already) but splitscreen tried to cover this up, not doing things right for the affected players(even if its splitscreen's fault-GM account being hacked is indeed a breach in splitscreen security therefore due to the lack of a strong security this has happened).
5. nothing new. just "new" ways of altering the game mechanics boosting or nerfing things
6. not enough transparency regarding the "updates"- you should see how other game devs teams are working for other games and what posts are they making or how they let the players base know about it, you would actually be surprised.
7. People are abusing the VPN system-1 person is living in EU. That person uses a brazilian or a turkish VPN and creates an account. Therefore the gold coins prices will be way low for these markets which means fraud(can't quite say that Splitscreen is aware of this but even so, they should constantly check this-pretty sure they don't want that BaFin and other german Anti Fraud government organisations to take a look into this). A solution could be an equal and unique price for all but this will lower the gold coins prices so everybody can afford to make a purchase.
8. Two tier policy coming from support(not all the time and not against all players) which is not quite ok
9. The game has become boring. No current reasons to invest in it. You either in an alliance(which will dictate your way) or KOS. No new dinos, weapons. No excitement. No new maps and I'm not talking about a "terestrial" map(aquatic or aerial or both). Missions going wrong-escort missions passing through heavy populated areas(too many alphas).
10. I have tried to bring some of my friends to play this game. After 2-3 days they got bored and said "sorry bro this game is way too boring for us". Nothing has been done to alleviate this. Nothing has been done to attract new players
11. There is no way to post a public review for this game and/or company. You should allow this to happen. For example you can do that using trustpilot.com. Based on the good and bad reviews perhaps you will improve this game and put it where it belongs.

just let the game die at this point tbh. i myself have provided many ideas to bring some life to this game to no avail.
They dont respect us as players and they dont respect their game either at this point tbh. game was massive when it released and they just let it wither away over the years.
My love for dinos is not that strong to keep me playing anymore.

- game dev business is to improve the game
- if you would like to see what a real communication between devs and player base looks like pm me i will show u
-GM account was hacked/borrowed/GM abused his powers(probably hacked) therefore lots of illegal and bad things happened. Despite being Splitscreen's fault(hacked-not enough security in place-their fault not ours, borrowed- worse, GM abused its power? do i really need to point how bad this is?) the players who were negatively affected by this weren't compensated at all. Splitscreen should compensate each and everyone affected as a sign of goodwill and to regain trust.
