Cyber Bandits

One thing that's been happening a lot in AM1 is that people have many cyber dead and few bandits, because many players are killing the cybers at once, so each one does little damage and the count isn't valid for everyone. If possible, increase the bandits' health a little, so there will be more time for everyone to do enough damage for the count.
