crash glitch

crashed 5 hours ago went to relog,get past the t-rex and then it stops and nothing.

a friend messaged me off game to ask why i wasnt replying to whispers so apparently my character is still in game .

ds is just getting worse everyday from all the glitches and bugs to the so called were fixing the game updates-like the last 1 dealing with enemy spawns.all ds is doing is making it easy for players to quit and find a game glitch and bug free.and a game where support actually does something.

I had a similar problem..The only solution that could be found was to delete the splitscreen folder on your computer and try again, here is how to find it:

When you are playing our games inside your web browser:
C:\Users\[Your Windows User Name]\AppData\LocalLow\splitscreen\gamedata\Dino Storm

When you are playing our games via our standalone game client:
C:\Users\[Your Windows User Name]\AppData\Roaming\Splitscreen Studios\Dino Storm\gamedata\Dino St

These are usually hidden files so you may need to type it in windows address bar

I play through facebook too, when it crashes deleting the folder is the only way to get it to work

Dude my character is still in the game-after the crash my character stayed in game no way to log in when my character is still in game.

Sorry that didn't work if you did try deleting the folder, only thing I could think of. Also, if you didn't, it's worth a try anyways. Good luck and hope you can play again soon.

Happened to me, send a ticket or contact a GM, tell them to log you out manually.

Guys the crash glich is not the dino storm browser. Its your computer thats the real problem suggestion: restart computer.
