I have spent at least 5 hours each of the days of the flash sales (probably 8-10 on the last day) trying to get this skin. Granted it wasn't much because I was afking, but this is ridiculous.

Just to clarify, this is once again a GM question that I'm too lazy to submit a ticket for. I mean actual GMs. Not looking for people's opinions on the skin or looking to hear from an "aspiring potential gm" so Levithan please do us all a favour and don't bother posting your usual garbage.

ive seen the skin at least 3 times in my server so maybe its a server issue? anyone else in your server see it?

I wasnt much online but as long as i was on i havent seen this specific skin popping up on sales for my server(eu1).
