Connection error

When i`m trying to connect, i get this error http://imgur.com/dz9Zd61 ,

I have this problem for about 7-8 months ago, i reinstalled java, web browser ( i tryed 3-4 browsers), i reinstalled dinostorm client, i even reinstalled my windows. Nothing work. The problem isn't network connection, cause dino is working well at my neighbor. He have a bad PC, but still work. I can connect if i try for about 30-40 minutes, somethimes work at first try. Any ideas ? How can i solve it?

Ensure that your connection is connected to the internet, just in case you've forgotten to double check.
If you're connected to the internet, make sure that the server's are not online.
If they are online, and you're playing via download client, then switch to the browser and play Dino Storm there, see how that turns out.
If you're still not establishing a connection to the game, then contact a Staff member via forum, they'll have answers for you.

Thanks for answers, but i tryed already all of this things. I`m always connected cause i have a router, i tryed to switch between client and browser and nothing work. One more question, how can i contact the staff ?

You can send a message to the Staff, by going to User Control Panel, and clicking on the Private Messages button. However, you must be participating in the forum more often before you can compose a message. Once you are enabled to compose a message, all you have to do is click on the Find A Member button, and it will open up a new tab, displaying a list of members once you begin scrolling down. Look for the bold, and red-highlighted names, for they are Staff. Remember their name, then close that tab and type their name into the first box that you see, then click on the Add button. This will leave their name in the To: box. Below, write what the subject is about in the Subject: box. Then write your problems in the massive box below.
If you need to send a photo along with the message, scroll down to the bottom where there will be an upload box, where you can add all of your images. Then all you have to do is click on the Submit button and you're done!

More than a few times I've been unable to connect with the game. Every time I start to log on I get error messages that it didn't connect or the server is down...I click to acknowledge it and it goes into attempting to connect again instead of shutting down. It does this a couple of times and then simply connects

When I really can't log on after a lot of tries and it isn't due to ds maintenance or server issues I've noticed if I switch from using my browser to using the client or vice versa it helped. I have no idea why.
