They know how to do their job properly(unknown amount of fake report sent by veyron but he still cry). Maybe if you stop being toxic, they might reply to you.

It's not being toxic, it's being realistic. They left days later (11/28) even with support pending. The minimum of a professional job is to do everything as soon as possible and then enjoy the holidays.
