Change Log?

Any chance the server forum can get a change log topic posted for every server downtime that isn't the typical server restart at 11:30 PM EST?

The servers are supposed to all go down in about 15 mins (2:30 AM EST) for I have no idea how long. Last night, they were down for like 3 hours (maybe longer).

On all other major MMO's I've played, they've always posted a general time that the servers would be down for, like "The servers will be down from 2 AM GMT to 4 AM GMT, during which time we will be making the following changes . . . "

Can we at least get a change log or a summary of what's going to be updated every time the server goes down?

There are daily server downtimes for me its 5:30 am to like 5:35-5:40 that's all I know

That's the server restart. I mean a change log for whenever the server goes down any time there isn't a scheduled server restart.
