Change casino item level

So currently at the dice casino, You can gamble for level 5-20 quality 5 stuff and I think lava red and pink level 55 quality 5. Can this please be changed so that everything is level 55 quality 5? It seems silly to have to gamble and your reward is a level 20 item. Maybe when max level was 25 this was fine but now I think not.
