Ceolo + PM good for hunting or war?

Is Ceolo + PM good combo to use? If so what are the implants for Ceolo and tech for PM to use?

it is good, you can walk between towers very fast in wars

in hunting you can kill a lot higher lvl mobs, like smilo, ankies or brontos, ofc it would be very hard to kill a lot higher lvl bandits and to use it in far range hunting you need to hunt somewhere where is a lot of free space, otherwise its possible that you wont be able easily escape from mobs or several alphas/vets will attack you

combo depends on pve and pvp situations, but mostly this is useful: dino vita, endu, stab/any other imp, heat/any other imp, for gun dmg, clock, prec/pene, any other tech

instead of heat you could also use any other imp, bcs its most useful in mm and little bit in cc or instead of imp you can simply make clothes set with cold resistance

The video suggested to go full atack on weapen and defense on dino.

its false, only hammer and ss deal more than some of dinos, but rexes and carnos deal the most dmg
