Open buggy minimap (Live as well)

Issue summary : minimap sometimes bugs out on tp

Description:
Explain Problem?: sometimes when teleporting to another map for example goldfields to mokon woods the minimap bugs out as seen in the screenshot
Where did it happen?: when i was teleporting to hays (goldfields) to hays (mokon woods) but i think it can appear anywhere anytime
How can it be reproduced? : by teleporting to different maps

Seems like an exception caused this in the minimap as it is not properly initialized. I guess the timer on the bottom right was not counting down?

yes it wasnt counting down
