Browse the quest menu with scroll wheel

Can we have that? once you have a fukton of tasks, quests and queues in your menu, it becomes frustrating to navigate. Pls add scrool wheel navigation. a small quality of life improvement that no one would dislike. TY^^

i like the idea but i have no clue how difficult it is to implement as the ui has not the best way of handling scrolling.

Something I mentioned to Orrire to avoid excessive "notification" in the side tab, is to create, for example, an auction-type folder, when you open it it will contain, examples, the portals, mines that you have supplied.
