Hello
The Code 67CT ("asynchronous timing") is usually associated with third-party programs that claim to boost the performance of Windows. We strongly advise against the use of Windows performance tools/optimisers, because they can cause lots of problems, like the timing error in Dino Storm. If you are using third-party tools to enhance your Windows performance, try to deactivate them. If the timing problem persists, please contact us again.
To further anlyse the problem, please send us the result of a DXDiag check via registering a ticket with the support team.
To run the DirectX Diagnostic Tool:
Open DirectX Diagnostic Tool by clicking the Start button Picture of the Start button, typing dxdiag in the Search box, and then pressing ENTER.
- The DirectX Diagnostic Tool pop-up window should appear.
- Click on "Save all information".
- The "Save As" window should be present.
- Click on "Save" (The file should be saved to your desktop as DxDiag.txt)
- Exit the DirectX Diagnostic Tool.
