I wonder because I keep having a problem and support is really not much help. After selecting my avatar game starts loading then when I hear my boosters load, it crashes. No amount of reloading DS changes anything, just leaves more error reports on my desktop. And the first time this happened I made another account through the DS website and guess what? It works fine....sure don't want to go from lvl25 with about everything lvl25 as well to the lvl 8 my 2nd account is....
