Hello, there dear Community of Dino Storm and staff also I wish you guys a happy new year. So, I applied for something very important in this community and its been a long time since I haven't had a response from the staff of Dino Storm, I want to know if I did anything wrong, if yes then please let me know on my ticket, if no then I hope I will get a response as fast as it could be. Thank you for your attention and I hope you have a wonderful New Year.

First of all, Happy New Year to you and your family :).

Some of the staff are out of office until 6th of this month. Therefore, there is a delay in processing of the tickets.

Please note that generally the tickets get an answer within 3 to 4 working days at maximum (excluding weekend and public holidays in Germany).
